Montana Snell
Consultant | Online Stakeholder Engagement
Montana began her business career pathway at Niagara College, graduating with an applied Business Administration Diploma. During that time she began working with international Guests, providing detailed tours and seminars at a local winery. With an urge for a higher education and experience, she took off to Australia where she graduated with her Bachelors of Business. This international experience provided extraordinary skills, knowledge and motivation. After a short return, Montana proceeded to South Korea to teach English; teaching and leading large groups of both students and teachers. A passion and skill set for leading and teaching continued to flourish. During her stay she completed a TEFL certification which has provided many techniques that are transferred into all arenas of present coaching and teaching. Following her travels, she worked for a successful non-profit research centre, that synergized government, post-secondary and extra-Provincial resources, while using effective collaboration strategies. Montana then paired up with her current mentor and partner to help ARPA create an online learning centre. She also acted as the Knowledge Transfer Coordinator, coaching and hosting others in an online platform. During this time she assisted Dianne Clark with the creation and execution of LeaderNet, an entrepreneurial business that provides virtual event coaching and support.
